Academic Week
Academic skills are the traits and strategies that help children achieve academic success in school. These skills help students stay focused and acquire good grades in school. Not only innate intelligence but environmental factors such as parental motivation or personality traits, time management skills, or self-discipline have been reported as associated with academic skills.
This week, children will focus on improving their academic skills at USTC at Cranston. We will provide them with different worksheets depending on their grades and curriculums in school. We will motivate and encourage them to practice math and reading skills. We want children to be able to manage their time, learn self-discipline, and become better students in those subjects.
