Celebrating Fall: September’s Creative and Fun-filled Moments

September 2024 was an exciting month as we embraced the fall season with a variety of seasonal activities. We kicked off with apple-themed projects and celebrated the start of the school year. From there, we explored different fruits by making rainbow smoothies and discussing the importance of eating a variety of colorful fruits and vegetables.

In the second half of the month, we fully welcomed autumn, focusing on fall produce and learning about animals that thrive during this season. We had fun with pumpkin arts and crafts, experimented with candy corn, and the children loved making pumpkin slime! We also learned about how autumn animals prepare for the colder weather.
